  • What currency are the prices listed in on the site? All prices are listed in UK Sterling.

  • When will my order ship? We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-5 working days for production time before your order is shipped. Shipping times vary and can take between 2-21 days, as our dog accessories are made to order. Rest assured, we will do our best to make and ship your order as quickly as possible. Tracking numbers will be updated 1-2 days after your order has been shipped. If you don't receive a tracking number within 3 business days, please email us at hello@greendog.pet.

  • Can I return my order? We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. However, if there is a sizing issue and we have delivered the size selected, we cannot accept a return. Please get in touch with us and we will do our best to sort something out. You have 15 working days to return the product to us for a full refund. Please note that you must ship it back at your own expense, and include your name and order number on the returned parcel(s). If your package is still on its way to you, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

  • Can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order with no penalty as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. If the item has already been shipped, please use our easy return system to receive a full refund.

  • What should I do if I entered an incorrect address? If you have entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email and notify us via email at hello@greendog.pet with your full name, order number, and correct address. We can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. After 24 hours, we cannot offer a refund for incorrect submissions.

  • How long does shipping take? Shipping times vary depending on your location, as we ship worldwide from different fulfilment centres. The average shipping time is 2-21 business days.

  • I have a question that wasn't answered, how can I get help? Please send us an email at hello@greendog.pet and we will do our best to assist you.
