What currency are the prices listed in on the site?
All prices are listed in UK Sterling (£).

When will my order ship?
As each Green Dog accessory is handcrafted to order, please allow 1-3 working days for production before shipping. Delivery times vary and can take between 1-20 days depending on your location. We will send tracking numbers upon dispatch. If you haven’t received tracking information within 2 business days, please email us at hello@greendog.pet.

Can I return my order?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for defective or damaged items. If there is a sizing issue and we delivered the size you selected, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. However, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help. You have 15 working days to return the item for a refund. Return shipping is at your expense, and be sure to include your name and order number in the package.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order with no penalty as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. If your order has already been shipped, simply use our return process for a full refund.

What should I do if I entered the wrong address?
If you’ve entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email and contact us at hello@greendog.pet within 24 hours with your full name, order number, and correct address. After 24 hours, changes cannot be made, and we won’t be able to offer a refund for incorrect submissions.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location. Our average shipping time is 1-20 business days as we ship worldwide.
