At Green Dog, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn or unused
- In the same condition as when you received it
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back. Please note: Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Handmade by Green Dog
For custom-made items that are handcrafted to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for returns, including:
- Perishable goods such as dog treats
- Customised products
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to first return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can make a new purchase for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
